| IDK.....maybe its just me but shouldn't minis have at least SOME mod powers in the "help in channel", "report bad people", "chaoser's corner", "flaming room", and the oldies section?
(not tryin to be a dick here but it would help if we could close some posts that dont need mass vouches and such until a mod can post in there and confirm/deny/etc *innocent whistle* and it would help if one could edit teh secret mod talking location if the addy gets reset */end innocent whistle*) |

lol i agree they should be able to have limited powers in certain areas so they can keep the forums a nice place if there arnt any mods on to do it. like 1:30 am central time when only dragon_legion is on.

| I think the forums are fine i duno... To be honest i might think we need less mods to close every topic on these forums when people obviously have more opinion to add into it. | |

| the people in charge of closing topics when needed have been doing a good job to date. more people /w that power will just close shit which means there will be repeat topics/re-spammed topics. JUST my opinion. | |

| I believe they should get access to lock topics in the Help sections when the resolve the issue, to prevent spam/flam. Just those subforums under. But we have mods, mostly me, only all throughout the day. But just incase I can be on doing the day there really is no one here to help on forums. | |

exactly. in fact its the exact opposite now, seems like topics get closed wayyyyy before they are done, and when someone remakes it to finish the discussion they get bitched out.. btw i rly dont think anyone else needs the ability to lock threads, ppl are lock-happy already tbh, need to chill out rly. only reason i would remotely consider supporting this idea would be to set minis aside from normal oldies/trusted chaosers like someone else said.

| Well shit, look at it this way:
If we had one mod, just one mod, that could be on 24/7, forums and channel to fix everything, what would be the point in giving more people access?
In our case, we do need more people because no one here is on 24/7. But it does seem the mods are on these forums 24/7. So like alex said, the only reason i would remotely consider would be to set mini's aside.
But, to counter-argue setting aside mini's from oldies- Oldies have always been trusted to do good things and always have, so why shouldn't they act as a mini-mod when needed? Except whenever legion is on, we aren't allowed to act?

| Basically I see it this way, If you are in channel / game and rules are broken you should try to get ahold of a mini 1st, if no mini's are on then try to get ahold of a mod, if that doesnt happen obviously we gave you access to take care of it.
But please remember. when you use a .bs command you need to post a s/s so we can record it. Ive seen 2 s/s's on site of a .bs, and I know there has been more than that.
EDIT: as far as mini's for forum access I vote 'no'
