Agreed, should be pretty badass. I'm still having fun with Skyrim and put a lot of time into Morrowind and Oblivion.. can't wait for this.

Morrowind will always be my favorite. It's just such a good game.

If they do this game right it can really be another one of those kind of titles you can say is "ahead of its time" which you could only really say for older games that came out in the 90's and 2000 including D1 and D2.

Every time I glance at a game like Diablo 3 and then Skyrim and then back at another mmo and the back at Skyrim (or morrowind and oblivion for that matter too) I think about how amazing of a game it would be if they COMBINED the single player FPS of the elder scrolls games and the build and character customization of Diablo to create some amazing masterpiece.

What this would do is create a first person MMO or co-op (just think of Diablo 3) with a first person perspective and combat system with character customization involved with a PvP attached. Aiming your swings, arrows, magic abilities, not being able to see behind you at all times...

I know Diablo 2 and 3 already have this manual aiming system but its not required and D2 isn't even 3D. But this is why I loved D2 so much is because it was one of the only games and probably the only game at that time that had such flexibility, you know, dodging attacks and countering with your own.

Imagine blocking attacks from some undead archers (Actually aiming your blocks) while your ranger from behind picks them off (Actually aiming his arrow attacks/abilities) for you. It could add an endless amount of teamwork/tactics. Imagine giving you and your teammates in first person perspective battle orders.

Now the only big issue I see is a skill like whirlwind or something but theres easy ways around that.
